Eligibility Criteria for the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program

To be qualified to apply for the Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program award, applicants must: 

  • Must, first and foremost, be an international student from either of the selected countries/Continents i.e a national of a World Bank member country on this list 
  • Must have obtained their Bachelor’s degree certifications at the time of application 
  • Must be in good health
  • Must have three  years or more of recent development-related work experience after earning a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree
  • Must not hold dual citizenship of any developed country
